Please read carefully before signing and submitting this application: Organizers and mentors of this program serve as volunteers and do not receive any financial benefit from the delivery of program-specific activities. Each serve under the protection of state and local laws supporting Good Samaritans. As a prospective participant of this program, you must acknowledge that there are inherent dangers associated with outdoor field experiences, both natural and man-created; and that you will agree to participate at your own risk and accept responsibility for damages that you may cause, as a mandatory condition of participation.
No party involved in the delivery of this program will accept any liability for injuries or damages that students may incur; and Students must agree to sign a waiver, release and hold harmless agreement for Fall Line Outdoors NCWF, The New Hill Educational Sports Club, LLC., participating landowners, and any facilitating partner that requests the same. as a condition of participating in FIELD DAY events.
It will be your responsibility to participate only in those activities for which you consider yourself physically, emotionally, and cognitively fit; and to decline to participate in any activity that you do not feel that you can participate in safely.
